Questions people ask.
Do you need a photo of my body?
Not for sizing. Size advice comes from your gender, birth year, height and weight. A photo is only used for a virtual try-on, and only when you ask for one.
How accurate is the size advice?
We compare your estimated measurements against the store’s published size chart for that specific garment. Where a store gives us a real chart, the advice is as good as the chart.
What happens to my photos?
They are stored privately and are never public. You can delete them from the app at any time. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
Does it work with clothes I already own?
Yes. Photograph a piece from your wardrobe and it joins your closet, where the stylist can build outfits around it.
Which stores are supported?
We are adding partner stores continuously. Anything with a published size chart can be supported.
